Working with senior leadership team leaders, we will deliver customised sessions, with the core of The Essentials and course specific materials. The staff will feel more confident and empowered around disability, and how they can make their work and practice more accessible.

Playbooks

These are written materials given to course attendees after the sessions to act as a remind of course materials and an information source.

Refresher Sessions

Like many diverse groups the politics, language, preferences and understanding is moving as society changes. We would recommend regular refresher sessions to make sure teams are dealing with the most up to date information.

LQBTQIA+ and Ethnicity Sessions

Our teams of lived experience experts continuously develop education, training, and awareness material and deliver practical workshop sessions for other important areas, which includes but is not limited to LQBTQIA+ and Ethnicity
